Description: In yoga class and in daily life, we rely on our five senses to process the external world.
Unknowingly, we tend to depend on our sense of sight overlooking the others and limiting our ability to tap into our sixth sense. In this workshop, we’ll practice blindfolded heightening the connection to our breath, movement and inner guidance. Focus will be placed on eliminating distraction and uncovering our true potential as yoga practitioners. We’ll come to find that there’s more than meets the eye. For intermediate to advanced yoga students.
Rina Jakubowicz, yoga instructor, motivational speaker, and author of Choose Peace, has been featured on Discovery Channel Latin America, Univision’s Tu Desayuno Alegre, as well as Plum TV, Buena Vida Magazine, The Miami Herald, NBCMiami.com, just to name a few. She is founder of Rina Yoga in Miami and has recently partnered with JW Marriott Marquis Miami to launch a second location. Known as a teacher of teachers, Rina has created and directed her own teacher training programs since 2005 and continues traveling extensively hosting workshops and international retreats. She is known for her vibrant and uplifting approach to yoga.
