Six Daily RY Tips to Maintaining Stability

balance-equilibrioThese steps seem so simple because they are consistent with what we hear every day as to what should be our approach to having a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, because it’s so simple, we tend to neglect these easy ways to live happier, healthier lives. So this serves as yet another reminder for you to see which one of these below you are missing on your journey through this life project of becoming a happy human!

  1. Eat foods that give you fuel.
  2. Get enough rest and take a 15-minute power nap in the middle of the day if necessary.
  3. Do regular exercise (especially yoga) on a daily basis.
  4. Have at least 15 minutes a day of a no-technology zone. Turn off your phone, go outside, just be with yourself and enjoy your own company.
  5. Carry positive thoughts with you throughout the day! Replace any negative ones with positive ones to pursue a deeper inner balance.
  6. Laugh and smile! Even when you don’t want to. 🙂
