What Are You Grateful For?

With many of us celebrating Thanksgiving this week, it is also a time to remind ourselves to reflect in gratitude about everything there is in our lives to be thankful for. The little things, the big things, people, pets, places, moments, experiences, sunsets, sunrises, opportunities, disappointments – because we often learn and grow in hard time, and beyond.
What are the teachers at Rina Yoga grateful for? Well, here you go… 🙂
Heidy:
I’m grateful for everything I have in my life, especially for family and friends. I am grateful that I can make people smile, even with silly things. 😉
Jahzel:
I’m grateful for being a little weird and happy to show that side. I’m grateful for yoga, it’s taught me to be best friends with my intuition and to always check in with myself; keep integrity.

Sara:

I’ve been thinking about how grateful I am to be healthy, when I hear about people who are paralyzed, locked in, other crazy scary stuff that happens because of random things.  So I’m grateful that the people I’m closest to, and I, are healthy and can walk and talk.  Also I’m grateful for my goofy cats, one who plays fetch and the other who tries to kill my feet in my sleep ?

Lillie:

I am grateful for my family’s and my health and I am grateful for love ? I’m grateful for handstands. That’s pretty silly. Chocolate. Coffee. Humidity proof hair.

Rina:

I’m thankful for families that you aren’t born into.  People who ultimately hire you to be their sister, brother, daughter, son, mother, father. Thank you to those who have hired me and whom I have hired. It’s a forever contract. 😉

I’m grateful for laughing about stupid stuff and when that creates more laughter and more silliness. And you can’t stop laughing. Sigh. Those are good moments.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Rina Yoga Studio! We are so grateful for YOU! xoxo
