Rina’s Hip Opening and Core Strengthening Sequence

The amount of tension that we carry in our hips can lead to all sorts of other imbalances in our bodies.  If you are feeling tight, try this easy to follow sequence to elongate, strengthen, and bring balance back into your body.

Be sure to start with a minimum of 3 Sun Salutations A and 3 Sun Salutations B to warm up your body before you begin the sequence!
