Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga implies graceful movements between the poses. Synchronizing breath with movement is a major focus, along with challenging technique, optimal alignment, and creative sequencing. Find your inner flow by practicing a variety of yoga poses that will make your body and mind feel like new. You’ll feel ready to walk back into your life with a sense of groundedness, compassion and courage. You just have to show up and share. We look forward to sharing with you.
Class is for all levels – modifications are welcome, has music and props may be used.

Vinyasa Hatha Yoga

A Vinyasa class with both static and flow for all levels adding a nice balance of challenging poses and yummy poses. You will hold poses a little longer which doesn’t make it necessarily easier, but deeper. Your body and mind will thank you for the work and relaxation you gave them.
Class can be for all levels – modifications are welcome, has music and props may be used.

Progressive Vinyasa Yoga

Progressive Vinyasa Yoga is just one notch more challenging than the Vinyasa Flow class. The class can still be for all levels as long as you feel comfortable modifying according to your practice.  We will explore more deeply into poses by strengthening, gaining more flexibility and developing a higher consciousness all through the process. It’s a good challenge for those who are open to trying it.

Good Morning Vinyasa Yoga

Enjoy a morning Vinyasa Flow class to help you wake up in the right place and space! Take your practice to the next level! Get inspired with new poses and new sequences. Strengthen from your core while you stretch to your comfortable edge. A Vinyasa class with both static and flow for all levels who are looking to strengthen and stretch their bodies and minds.

Perk Up Yoga

Perk Up Yoga is an all levels 50-minute yoga class. In the first half of the class, we will strengthen the body with conditioning work, challenging sequences and functional movements. The second half will lend itself to longer held postures, deep-release stretching and heightening mind-body awareness. It’s a great way to fit in your physical and mental workout during the middle of the day.
