Wellness Program Kids Mission and Beneficial Facts:
Offering on-site yoga, workshops, and seminars to kids at your organization with flexible hours, tailored styles and qualified yoga teachers. Rina Yoga’s Wellness Program can help increase kids’ morale and self-esteem by providing them with a fun and healthy way to express themselves. Yoga improves posture, memory, focus and general well-being. In addition, it has been proven to reduce anxiety, stress, headaches and depression. Your kids will feel support, love and care from their school/camp/organization by creating a trusting, safe and fun environment for all.

Depending upon the space available in the building and the style of yoga desired, we are able to supply you with the necessary kids yoga equipment, like mats, straps, blocks, blankets, and bolsters at a reasonable price to you.
Rina Yoga, Inc. has gathered some of the top local yoga teachers for this program. Among these teachers are some of the most qualified and popular teachers in the Miami area. We guarantee that all of our teachers have insurance, certifications and registrations from the national organization of the Yoga Alliance, specifically to teach Kids Yoga.
